About Sher L. Allan
Sher L. Allan is a native of Bay County. Sher Allan was educated in local schools, then graduated with her A.A. from Gulf Coast Community College and her B.S. from Florida State University in Political Science. In 1989, Ms. Allan graduated from Florida State University School of Law.
Immediately following her graduation, Ms. Allan served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida. Since that time, she has been in private practice – first with a local law firm and (since 1996) as a solo practitioner.
Sher Allan is licensed to practice before the courts of Florida and the federal courts and has represented clients before numerous administrative bodies. She is certified as a mediator in each of the following areas of law: Foreclosure, Family, Civil and Dependency. Sher practices in Bay, Gulf, Washington, Liberty, Calhoun, Jackson and Holmes Counties.
Sher enjoys knowing all of her clients, their families, priorities and needs. While maintaining an active, full-time law practice, she continues to be involved in numerous civic, fraternal, social and religious organizations and has acted as advisor to many charitable and religious organizations. Sher has been recognized for her continued legal services to the poor.
